Let me set the stage for you. Once upon a time, this place was everything you could hope for – friendly staff, great prices, and a guaranteed good time. But, oh, how things change.
Once it rebranded as Bowlero, it’s become a shadow of its former self.
First, the front desk – not exactly the friendliest bunch. Not the kind of welcome you’d expect when you’re out for a fun night. And then, the real kicker – a member of our group took a major tumble due to an overly oiled lane (there was even oil on the walk up to the lane). Shockingly, no one from the staff bothered to check if anyone was okay. Talk about a lack of concern.
As if that weren’t enough, the seating arrangement at each lane? Tight and downright uncomfortable. It’s safe to say we won’t be making a return visit to this place. Terrible is an understatement, my friends.
